Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All custom-built computer orders are processed within 10 business days. Processing time may vary based on component availability and build complexity. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to supply chain issues or carrier disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer support email]. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Custom-Built Computers
All custom-built systems are made to order and are subject to the following return conditions:

Returns for Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply to custom-built systems.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
If your computer or component arrives defective or fails within 30 days, we will offer a replacement or full refund upon verification. We may request diagnostic evidence (photos, videos) to assist in troubleshooting.
Warranty Repairs
All systems include a [1-year limited warranty] covering hardware defects not caused by user damage. Contact us for support or to initiate a warranty claim.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [support email or phone number]. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
Refunds
